Using Unspool

Unspool turns documents you upload into short explainer reels. Only upload documents you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, or other people's private information without permission.

It's a summary, not advice

Reels are generated by AI from your document and can contain mistakes or leave out nuance. Unspool summarizes; it isn't legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Always check the original document for anything important.

Payments

Per-document unlocks are one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your profile and keep access until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Fair use

To keep costs sustainable we limit daily uploads and document length. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

You own your documents and the reels generated from them. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; if changes are significant we'll let signed-in users know.
